Coordinated Cyber Attacks on Renewable Energy Farms

CERT Polska, the Polish computer emergency response team, has revealed a series of coordinated cyber attacks targeting over 30 wind and solar farms in Poland.

The attacks, which took place on December 29, 2025, also affected a private manufacturing company and a large combined heat and power plant (CHP) that supplies heat to nearly half a million customers.
